What is a complaint? It is nothing else but negative feedback telling a brand to improve itself at a point where the client was not satisfied. A complaint can be related to anything of the brand like its product or services. A complaint is often considered as a negative word, however, it is the real feedback that indicates collective improvisation required for a product/service. When a company implements on the complaint, it doesn’t resolve just one complaint, but it ends more issues related to many more complaints related to it.

Everyone gets feedback. A company will get feedback only when it’ll be able to tell the purpose of a product or service successfully. Feedback is nothing but a part of the communication cycle. A communication cycle remains incomplete when the receiver fails to decode what you’re trying to convey. Hence, a company will get feedbacks only if it successfully delivers the message. Before wishing to get the feedback, always convey the complete message concisely, and in a simpler manner, so that the receiver is able to provide the right feedback.
